Silverstone Mansions Cottages is your Manali home-from-home. In addition to the luxurious accommodation and services we strive to make your stay the most memorable by offering a range of eating options.
For your convenience in preparing food of your choice, you have the option to make full use of the excellent facilities in your fully equipped modular kitchen. There are many stalls locally that sell groceries and other staples of daily life. We are happy to advise.
Alternatively within easy walking distance can be found Manali Bazaar and The Mall’s renowned restaurants. If you prefer, deliveries to the premises can be arranged. Extra charges will apply.
You may prefer to order breakfast, lunch and evening meal from our home kitchen . Prior notice is required. We are passionate about good wholesome food and aim to satisfy your palate by focusing on locally sourced, ethical, whole-food, and organic ingredients. Why not try our selection of home-cooked local Himachali specialties? Menus are subject to seasonal availability.
Finally on offer is a bespoke vegetarian / non vegetarian gourmet dining experience. All special occasions can be catered for:- gala dinners, birthdays and anniversaries,- or even no occasion! After all what better way to round off a day in the Himalayas than relaxing on your own balcony, sundowner in hand, in anticipation of the gustatory pleasures ahead. Our guest master chef can prepare a three or five course lunch or dinner making use of local and seasonal ingredients as they reach their peak of ripeness. Please advise of any allergies, aversions or restrictions and of course your personal preferences of world food to enjoy a unique tasting experience either in the comfort of your own apartment or in our private dining room .
To account for preparation required, at least 48 hours notice is required. Cancellation before the reserved date will be charged at 50%.
